Swingerz finds you tennis matches in Austin, TX. You tell Swingy, the app's assistant, when you're free each week, and Swingy finds someone at your level and books the match.
Check that the number is right; Use a different number takes you back to fix it. Codes can take a minute to arrive. If one still hasn't come, ask for a new one. After a few tries in an hour you'll need to wait before asking again.
Change it in Preferences → Mobile number while you're still signed in. You'll get a code at the new number to confirm it.
Set your level, where you play, and your weekly windows, the times you're free each week. Swingy looks for someone at your level who's free at the same time, starting with Tier 1 (your connections) and widening as far as your Default reach allows. When you're both in, the match is booked and shows on Your Week.
Open the match, tap Can't make it, then Cancel the match. The other player is told right away, so the earlier the better.
Tap the gear on Your Week to open Preferences. Your level, where you play, your weekly windows and your reach are all there. You can also just tell Swingy, for example "I can't play Thursdays this month."
Open their page from Network. Don't suggest them to me stops Swingy suggesting them. Don't match me with them keeps you apart completely. If someone made you feel unsafe, email us as well.
From Network, invite someone by their phone number. Messages opens with the invite written in, and it goes from your phone when you tap Send. When they sign up with that number, you're connected.
Choose what Swingy tells you about in Preferences → Notifications. If nothing arrives at all, check that notifications are on for Swingerz in your phone's Settings.
Swingy remembers things you tell it that help with matching, like the days you prefer. See them, and remove any, in Preferences → What Swingy knows about you.
Go to Preferences → Delete account. Your profile, availability, Swingy's memories and your conversations are deleted, and any upcoming matches are cancelled. Past matches stay in the other player's history, shown as "a former player". How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
