These are the ground rules for using Swingerz. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
What Swingerz is
Swingerz helps tennis and pickleball players find each other — through groups, posted availability, and skill-based matching — and coordinate a time to play.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and provide accurate information — real name, honest skill level, a schedule you actually intend to keep. One account per person. Swingerz currently serves the Austin, TX area.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Let us know at love@swingerz.net if you think someone else has access to your account.
Playing well with others
- Keep your skill level and availability honest — it's what makes the matching work
- Show up to matches you've confirmed, or give notice as early as you can if plans change
- Treat other players with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive behavior toward another player are not tolerated
- Groups and their admins may set additional rules for their own members
Assumption of risk
Tennis and pickleball carry a normal risk of physical injury, and meeting new people always carries some degree of risk. Swingerz doesn't run background checks, supervise matches, or verify that another player's skill level, identity, or claims are accurate. When you use Swingerz to meet or play with someone, you're doing so at your own discretion and risk.
Courts & venues
Swingerz doesn't own, operate, reserve, or guarantee access to any court or venue. Whether a court is available, what it costs, and its condition are between you and that venue — we're not a party to that.
Content you share
You own what you post — profile details, group descriptions, messages. By posting it, you give Swingerz the ability to display and operate on that content as part of running the app. Don't post anything illegal, infringing, or abusive.
Suspending or ending accounts
We can remove content, or suspend or terminate an account, that violates these terms or puts other players at risk. You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete account.
No guarantees
Swingerz is provided "as is." We don't guarantee you'll find a match, that another player's claims about themselves are accurate, or that the app will always be available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Swingerz isn't liable for injuries, disputes, or losses arising from matches, meetups, or interactions between players, or from your use of any third-party court or venue.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
